We advise on collective labour law (e.g. collective labour agreements, employee participation, work regulations). We assist employers in collective labour agreement negotiations, in inspections by joint commission and on issues relating to employee participation in the workplace, such as the election of employee representatives and other matters.

We obtain work permits for employees from the EU/EFTA area or for managers from non-EU/EFTA countries and advise on international assignments, postings of employees, and all employment law matters with an international context.

We also provide support in areas where employment law and data protection interact, e.g., in matters relating to data processing and monitoring in the employment relationship.

We advise on social security law issues relating to employment relationships, e.g., questions regarding unemployment insurance or short-time work compensation. We also advise on social security law issues in international contexts, e.g., regarding cross-border commuters and working from home abroad.
